Who is the data controller
Reclaim is the data controller for personal data collected through reclaim.lt and the operator workspace. Contact: hello@reclaim.lt.
Data we collect
- Account data - name, email, password hash, workspace name and role.
- Operational data - lost-item reports, found-item records, internal notes, status changes, audit log entries.
- Customer contact data - names, emails, phone numbers and item descriptions submitted by your end users.
- Billing data - your tax address, subscription tier and payment method, processed by Stripe.
- Technical data - IP address, browser, session cookies, and product analytics.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, fulfil our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer or operational data for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. - processes card payments and receives billing identifiers needed to take payment.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers - Google Cloud (Firebase) and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and email delivery.
- Email and AI providers - for sending operator-authored customer messages and producing AI-assisted suggestions.
- Authorities - only when legally required.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU, UK and US under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
How long we keep it
Account and operational data are retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Audit log entries are retained for 12 months. Billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax obligations.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing privacy@reclaim.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
