1. Who we are
Reclaim ("we", "us") provides lost-property workspace software at reclaim.lt. The seller of record is Reclaim, operating through its payment processor.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for Reclaim subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe is responsible for secure card processing and chargeback handling. Their terms apply to the payment portion of your purchase: stripe.com/legal/end-users.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use Reclaim to harass, defraud or impersonate any person; (b) upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; (c) attempt to access another tenant's data; (d) reverse engineer the service; (e) use Reclaim to process special-category personal data (e.g. health, biometric data) without separate written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Reclaim software, branding and documentation. You retain all rights in data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to operate the service for you.
5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are listed at /pricing. Stripe handles invoicing and applicable taxes.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms (including non-payment, abusive content, or attempts to compromise the service), with reasonable notice where practical. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
7. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
