Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying Reclaim. The full version is also available on a free plan, so you can evaluate before committing.

30-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any subscription charge within 30 days of that charge being taken. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, including the most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Email billing@reclaim.lt from the email address on the account, including your workspace name and the invoice ID. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically arrive in your account within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Excluded from refunds

Refunds are not available for usage charges already incurred under enterprise contracts, or where the account has been suspended for breach of the Terms (e.g. abusive or fraudulent use).

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
